KUNBUS-EDS Ethernet-Data-Sniffer
With the KUNBUS-EDS 2100 Ethernet Data Sniffer, KUNBUS introduces a device for the analysis of all common Industrial Ethernet solutions. With four sampling ports, this device permits logging of up to two independent real-time Ethernet channels. A small internal propagation delay of only about 1 us makes the KUNBUS-EDS Data Sniffer nearly transparent for the data channels to be observed.
The connection of the Data Sniffer to a PC is made via a standard Gigabit Ethernet interface. The visualization and analysis of the captured data packets can be done by freely available network monitors such as "Wireshark".
